North Shore Dance Center Registration Form

PLEASE READ the procedures below, fill out all portions, sign in the designated places and return the entire form by mail with your tuition check. THANK YOU.

  • NSDC reserves the right to close or cancel a class that doesn’t meet the minimum enrollment NSDC deems necessary to cover expenditures.
  • NSDC class age groupings are guidelines. 
  • NSDC retains the right to place students in classes at directors’ and teachers’ discretion.
  • NSDC retains the right to provide substitute teachers in the event of the absence of regularly scheduled teachers.  Regular teacher assignment is subject to change without notice.

  • Studio assignments are at the discretion of the directors and may not go according to current or past schedule.
  • Students will not be invoiced for tuition.   Parents or Guardians are responsible for making payments at the correct times, and are subject to additional fees in the event tuition is not received on time.
  • NSDC accepts VISA/Mastercard* cash or check payments.  *For internet registration we accept checks only.  We are unable to manually type in your credit card info at this time.
  • there is a $25 fee for returned checks.
  • Tuition and registration are due the week classes begin.  If space is available, late registration may be accepted with a $5 fee for each session where the regular registration period has been missed.  Spaces in classes will not be held if tuition has not been received during regular registration.  There are 3 sessions in our dance & drama year, including the summer session:

    Fall,  Winter/Spring  and Summer

  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for picking up students inside the studio as well as newsletters, recital updates and any other studio information in the lobby.

  • Students are responsible for wearing proper dance attire and having hair pulled back or up (out of face).  If these rules are not followed students will be asked to leave class.  This is to ensure safety and fairness.  Please see dance attire list at the studio.

  • The North Shore Dance Center provides educational opportunity without discrimination on the grounds of race, sexual orientation, color, creed or religion, gender, national origin or age.

  • NO STREET SHOES ALLOWED ON THE DANCE FLOORS.

    I / We enroll our student (s), listed below on the registration form.  In recognition of the services North Shore Dance Center provides, I / We understand and agree to NSDC’s guidelines listed above.  I/ WE understand that NSDC may publish our child's photo on it's Internet Web site.  I/ WE also understand that no name, address or phone will appear with the photo.

  • Saturday, Sept. 6th - Friday, Dec. 19th (closed Nov. 23rd- 29th)

  • One Time Registration Fee:  $10; Fee is waived if registration is received by August 16th.  Fee is $15 after the 1st week of class.

  • Tuition is nonrefundable. Make-up classes must be taken during current session.

  • Single class fee - $15               

    1 Class per week - $182*                                                       

    2 Classes per week - $339*    

    3 Classes per week - $502*

    4 Classes per week - $662*

    5 Classes per week - $819*

    Family Plan Carte Blanche - $961(unlimited classes per session, up to 10 classes total, for all immediate family members living at one address).  *Please add $35 for each class over 60 minutes and $20 for each additional class.

    Summer Session Tuition - July 7th-August 16th (6 weeks)

      Single class fee - $15                

    1 Class per week - $78*                                                                                                                      

    2 Classes per week - $146*    

    3 Classes per week - $219*

    4 Classes per week - $292*

    5 Classes per week - $365*

    Family Plan Carte Blanche - $438 Family Plan Carte Blanche (unlimited classes per session, up to 10 classes total, for all immediate family members living at one address)  *Please add $35 for each class over 60 minutes.
